Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Overview

At Raj’s Creator Catalyst, we prioritize practical value, clean templates, and direct creator growth. This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases completed via https://rajcreatorcatalyst.com.

2. Digital Products Cancellation Policy

Our core educational products (Starter Kit and Creator Academy) are digital assets delivered electronically immediately upon payment. Because download links and curriculum access are dispatched instantly, order cancellations cannot be processed once download links have been delivered to your email.

3. Technical Satisfaction & 7-Day Refund Guarantee

If you experience any genuine technical defect with the downloaded files (e.g. corrupt presets or broken links) that cannot be resolved by our technical team within 48 hours of notification, we will issue a 100% full refund within 7 days of purchase.

4. Mentorship Cancellation & Rescheduling

Before Session 1: You may cancel your mentorship enrollment for a full refund prior to the first scheduled onboarding session.
Rescheduling: Consultation sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice.
After Commencement: Mentorship fees are non-refundable once the personalized channel review has commenced.

5. Refund Turnaround Time (5 to 7 Working Days)

Approved refunds are submitted immediately to our payment gateway (Razorpay). The refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI source) within 5 to 7 working days, subject to bank clearing cycles.

6. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@rajcreatorcatalyst.com with Subject: Refund Request - [Your Purchase ID]. Include your registered email and reason for cancellation. Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
