1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Raj’s Creator Catalyst (https://rajcreatorcatalyst.com), operated by Rajasekhar. By purchasing our digital products or applying for mentorship, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Products & Services

• Starter Kit ($49 USD): Digital toolkit including video editing presets, Premiere Pro animations, AI prompts, thumbnail guides, and YouTube ebook.
• Creator Academy ($99 USD): Complete digital curriculum offering editing lessons, thumbnail design workflows, and idea frameworks.
• Personal Mentorship ($249 USD): 1-on-1 personal mentorship including channel review, rough cut critiques, and direct growth advice for one month.

4. Payments & Razorpay Processing

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are clearly displayed in USD or INR at checkout. You agree to comply with Razorpay’s payment terms and represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Intellectual Property & Single-User License

All presets, templates, lessons, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of Rajasekhar (Raj’s Creator Catalyst).

• License: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the templates in personal and commercial video projects.
• Prohibition: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, upload to public drives, or share our raw files in any course, bundle, or torrent.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
